Wonderful. Had no feeling yet major shooting stabbing pain in left leg up through hip when started. Like being shot every time I took a step and driving...torture. Not any more. 10 visits in and things are MUCH better..they truly care. The massage is starting to help me recover calf function. But I can walk now, get a fair amount of sleep, and take only a little ibuprofen and acetominophen which is a far cry from being unable to drive, sleep and barfing from pain which is where I started by having to stop 3x on the way to the 1st visit. It's a 40" drive and I can make the whole trip now without stopping to stretch. So that's a HUGE improvement.

Dr. Derek Herms and all the staff are amazing and know just what to do.

UPDATE: *********** 11 visits into spinal decompression after the above dozen visits and I have ZERO leg pain, only the occasional electric twinge when I am doing something I shouldn't (picking anything heavy up without being "crouching tiger"). I may be slightly taller after the decompression, I certainly am standing straighter. I was able to grab the corner of the mystery punch bowl cabinet over the fridge, which at 5'11" is just barely out of my reach. Not any more. So I wonder how long I've been a compressed hunch of a person and just now am finding this out. Not since my high school principal yelled at me to "stand up straight" at graduation in 1991 probably. OMG you have to try this! If nothing else, you will be able to see what is in that cabinet you've forgotten about. Usually a punch bowl. Also a phone book from 2003. (When I couldn't move a few weeks ago, crinkling up pages from that phone book and tossing it from my sofa-prison into the bowl would have been a handy way to pass time.)

Seriously though, I know how awful you must feel if you are reading this and considering what route to go, and laughing may hurt, but I mean well. This really works. I was a total bast*rd asking questions from the get go and may have semi-secretly driven the staff nuts, but am totally convinced after this that this is the way to go.
